aXent is a service of Acumon UK Limited. References to “aXent”, “Acumon”, “we” or “us” in this notice refer to Acumon UK Limited and its associated entities, each of which is a separate legal entity. The data controller collecting and processing personal data from website visitors is the organisation through which the visitor submitted their information.
This privacy statement describes practices for respecting visitor privacy at aXent's websites. Personal data is defined under UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018 as “any information relating to an identifiable person who can be directly or indirectly identified.”

Collection, use, disclosure, choice
Registration is optional. Casual visitors don't provide personal data except through cookies. The site automatically collects IP addresses, browser type, operating system and display resolution.
Email submissions may include your name, email and other volunteered information. aXent serves as the data controller for such data.

- Monthly Newsletters — Automatic receipt requires registration with personal details (name, contact information).

Registration information uses industry-standard encryption. Personal data stores in CRM systems within the UK only. Opt-out requests remain on lists preventing further publications.
